This policy explains how BoholBoard handles information when you browse the site, follow an affiliate link, or contact us.
Information you provide
BoholBoard does not currently offer user accounts, online checkout, newsletter registration, or a web contact form. If you email us, we receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to send. Domain email is routed by Cloudflare to a monitored mailbox and is used to respond to or document the request.
Hosting, security, and aggregate analytics
The site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare. Standard request information may be processed by Cloudflare to deliver content, prevent abuse, and operate the service. Cloudflare Web Analytics is active and provides aggregate page-traffic and performance measurements. BoholBoard does not use this service to build individual visitor profiles.
Affiliate links
Commercial links can include a partner identifier and a contextual tracking label that describes the page or placement. When you select an active affiliate link, BoholBoard records one first-party event in Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine containing the partner, page path, placement category, contextual label, and button text. This event does not include an email address, name, booking details, full destination URL, IP address, user-agent string, or cookie identifier. The destination partner receives the subsequent request and may set its own cookies or use other attribution technology under its privacy policy. BoholBoard does not receive your payment-card details or complete booking record from those partners.
Cookies and local storage
BoholBoard does not intentionally set advertising cookies on its own pages. Interactive tools may operate in your browser without creating an account. A third-party booking site may set cookies after you choose to leave BoholBoard.
Data sharing
We do not sell visitor personal information. Information may be handled by infrastructure and email providers as necessary to operate the site, or disclosed when legally required. Affiliate partners receive data only when you choose to visit their sites.
Retention and security
Email correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed for support, editorial records, legal obligations, or security. No internet service can promise absolute security; avoid sending passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, or sensitive travel documents by email.
Your choices
You can browse without contacting us or following commercial links. You can also use browser controls to limit cookies on partner sites. For a privacy question or request, email privacy@boholboard.com.
