BoholBoard is an independent travel guide to Bohol, Philippines. We organize practical information about island attractions, ferries, airports, weather, accommodations, dining, and trip planning so travelers can make better decisions before they arrive.
What we publish
Our guides focus on specific traveler tasks: comparing ferry routes, planning transfers, choosing a countryside itinerary, understanding conservation rules, and finding relevant tours or accommodation areas. We aim to explain tradeoffs and logistics instead of publishing interchangeable destination summaries.
Editorial approach
- Time-sensitive facts such as fares, schedules, fees, and opening information should be checked against operators or official sources before major updates.
- Commercial relationships do not determine whether a destination or service is included.
- Affiliate links are labeled and use the same price for the traveler; they may generate a commission for BoholBoard.
- We do not claim firsthand visits, testing, or verification unless that work actually occurred.
- Material corrections are made when reliable evidence shows that information is outdated or wrong.
